BREAKING BARRIERS!

Genesis 38:29

"And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, that, behold, his brother came out: and she said, How hast thou broken forth? this breach be upon thee: therefore his name was called Pharez"

There is no barrier that cannot be broken. There is also an opportunity for the one behind to come before. I pray for you that wherever you are lagging behind in the scheme of things, the power of God will move you forward in Jesus name. Pharez was tagged the last but he came out the first; may I pray for you that even in that place where they have tagged you the last, you will break forth as the first in Jesus name.

The Pilgrim

Text- 1Cor 6:1-20; 1 Pt 2:11

A pilgim is a visitor to a foreign land. At the time he visits or sojourns in the foreign land, his pattern of life is what determines what the people of the land would say about his home country. He is seen as a representative of his country in all things.

Characteristics of a Pilgrim: 

·         He was born and must have grown to some extent in his country

Go to the Hen……..Consider her ways and be wise

The hen is another amazing creature of God with some sterling qualities for us to learn from.

Proverbs 6:6-8(KJV) – “Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:

Luke 13:34 “….how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings”
